# Breeze — Full Reference > Shenzhen engineering partner for AI hardware. Concept → production. Real numbers. Open data. ## What Breeze Does Breeze is a Shenzhen engineering services firm. We do not sell hardware. We sell engineering: NRE (non-recurring engineering) plus per-unit fees. Our typical engagement covers BOM cost optimization, design-for-manufacturing review, prototype runs, factory selection, and certification navigation (FCC, CE, UKCA, RCM, CCC). We work with founders building AI-enabled wearables, sensors, edge devices, and consumer hardware.
